Delivery Information

Our delivery time for products available in the virtual store in stock and for delivery or postage by carrier or post office will be 5 working days from the confirmation of payment.

For  digital products, the time limit may be shorter and if it is not stipulated in the product registration itself, it must be within 48 hours.

The deadline for delivery of products in quantity that is not in stock at the store will have to be combined on a case-by-case basis, so the delivery period or availability for pick-up at the store must be previously agreed.
